Gas Request Form
*If customer has outstanding balance order will not be honored.
*If customer is out of gas at time of delivery, we can deliver gas but their tank will be red tagged until Marengo Propane can come out and perform a System Check per the Alabama LP Gas Board. There will be a fee that customers will need to pay upfront and someone 18 years or older must be present to sign the system check form.
*Order must be submitted by 11 AM to be entered into the system for your assigned route day. Any orders submitted after 11 AM will be submitted the next business day.
*If customer does not fill out ALL fields your order will not be honored.
*If customer chooses online as their payment method and the gas is not paid for 24 hours before delivery then there is a chance you will not receive your propane.
