Gas Request Form

*If a customer has an outstanding balance, the order will not be honored. However, any amount paid online will be applied toward the customer’s outstanding balance.

*If customer is out of gas at time of delivery, we can deliver gas but their tank will be red tagged until Marengo Propane can come out and perform a System Check per the Alabama LP Gas Board. There will be a fee that customers will need to pay upfront and someone 18 years or older must be present to sign the system check form.

*Order must be submitted by 11 AM to be entered into the system for your assigned route day. Any orders submitted after 11 AM will be submitted the next business day.

*Orders will be assigned to the route day for your area on a first come, first served basis. Please keep in mind that we are also taking orders by phone, so route availability may fill up quickly.

*If customer does not fill out ALL fields your order will not be honored.

*If you choose Pay Upon Delivery as your payment method, payment must be made at the time of delivery. Payment may be made by phone, online, or in person at the time of delivery. If payment is not received at the time of delivery, propane will NOT be delivered.
